  How to write an article?

                  Writing is one of the most important skills in English. We use writing in  English homework, assignment, e-mail or letter. Furthermore, it is a hobby which helps you escape from your reality creating your fantasy world, especially when you write a story , novel or even article. Writing is your voice on paper which the reader can hear with his eyes, so make sure that it is clear and loud enough. The article is one of the writing types. We are going to know how to write it in this essay.

1)Title

             The title is considered the most important element in the article because it must attract the reader or viewer's attention to read the article. If the article's title is not interesting, the reader will not keep reading it. We are going to explain some tips to help you write a good article.When I read,I should know what this article about.

1) It must be short.

       You do not have to write a long title. It must be 2: 5 words. If your title is long, the reader will not read the article. You do not need to write full  a sentence(in fact, it is preferable...etc)   

2) It must be catchy. 

               It must be attractive to make the reader choose your article among hundreds of articles talking about the same idea.

3)It must solve the Reader' problem.

          Keep in your mind that the reader is always asking a question (why should I read this ?)

4) Use Numbers. 

       People like numbers because it helps them to know how long your article is .Therefore ,you can use some expressions ( 5 ways ,three steps ,7 approaches,10 ideas ).

2)Organization
    There is a difference between academic essay and article .For example, when you write an argumentative essay,you need to convince the reader by using facts or when you write narrative essay, you have to list events in chronological orders.On the other hand,Article is written to entertain the reader .It is more fun and interesting that an essay.Thus,You can use bullets ,numbers or subheading .As we said above ,people feel comfortable with numbers.Certainly,you can use paragraphs,but make sure you arrange your ideas well.The paragraph must be related to the whole topic.Do not include  unrelated ideas in your paragraph;it must be coherent.Therefore,the reader can follow your thought without getting lost.You are not restricted with a number of paragraph.You can write as you want.

3)The language And Voice 

         Article is not an essay .As we said before ,The purpose of article is to entertain the reader,As a result,your language should not be very formal,but it depends on the type of the article as well. You can use these styles below and check their meaning according to Merriam Webster dictionary.

1. colloquial 
2.  collocations 
3. Idioms 
4.  Playful

     You can also use conversational style when you write .For example,you can use (I ,We,you...etc).Try to avoid formality like using  conjunctions  like although,however,meanwhile,thus
....etc.Use conjunctions like so,and,but...etc.Make it simple and easy.

Tips and Tricks 

1. Make sure that you answered your reader's question.
2. Maintain your style.(If you use formal style, keep  the whole article  in formal style.
3. Be interesting.
4. Put yourself in the reader's shoes.
5. Avoid plagiarism.
6. Add sources to make the reader trust you.
7. Your title must be catchy.
8. Search well before you start your article.
