The second type is a combination of face to face learning and online learning. The third is fully online which is divided into synchronous and asynchronous. Synchronous means the learners learn at the same time but in different places. Asynchronous means the students learn at different times but from the same resources.

That means the student is able to access many sources to look for any information. It reinforces independence. Thereby, the students is able to keep learning alone without any instructor. Blended learning improves learners outcomes. It increases learning skills through interaction. It makes learning more flexible and easy because you can learn anytime and anywhere. For example, if the student worked during the study, it would be easy for him to learn. It helps to be a virtual citizen and lifelong learners because you do not need an instructor any more, and you have the keys to access the sources. It allows more facilities like giving additional activities, so that enhances the learning process.

The teacher should design the course pedagogically without overusing technology because that leads to boredom. He should integrate the content with technology, but he has to keep a balance between them. The teacher should make sure that everything is safe and secured averting any hurt. The teacher ought to be well-trained on using technology. Moreover, he needs to train his student well to know how to use it.
