               Blended Learning is mixing between Traditional way and Technology to facilitate learning process. There are many elements to achieve successful  blended learning. There are many models of blended learning. One of this models is flipped classroom.Flipped classroom is considered technique not place . The student has to watch video at home ,then he comes to the class to do  groups activities.There are steps to apply flipped classroom.


1)At Home 


          The students are required to watch ten-minute video at home and understand it well.Then ,they have to prepare 6 questions about it before coming to class.The students are totally aware of what will they study in the classroom ,and ready to absorb it.They  have basic understanding of the lesson will be covered during the class .For example, the teacher asks them to watch video about World War ii.They have to prepare six questions such as why world did war  break out?,who is Hitler?,what is Nazis?,who won the war?,who is Stalin? .

2)At The Beginning 

       When they arrive at class,the teacher  asked them to answer three of six question about the video they have watched .This task must take only ten minutes.The teacher do that to know how much the students absorb the lesson.


3)  Middle Of The Class

        In the middle of the class,the student go further in the explanation and examination of the lesson.They cooperate to get more examination trying to understand every single part of the lesson prepared previously at home.By this way,they use cooperative learning methods.They will feel that they are responsible for the process of learning.

4)At the End Of The Class 

        Before the students leave ,the have to get exit tickets which are six critical questions they have to answer them.These questions will test if they really absorb and grasp the lesson well.These questions help students to think critically.



      In conclusion ,this method is very effective because it helps student understand the lesson well.Furthermore,the students feel that they are responsible for the learning process . Moreover,it saves a lot of time.
